This blog is the beginning of the soon to be historic alliance of Catherine Scrivener and Caustic-Funboy. We came to work together through a shared appreciation of naked boys, fake dog shit, Grace Coddington, trannies, ABBA, Cher, flesh coloured tights, art and unconventional style.
This blog is to be a showcase for our art; we have a mutual yet not exclusive interest in fashion, photography and styling. Through this blog we will endeavour to showcase to you our work relating to this as regularly as is possible. However as we are flitting between various cities (and farms) we will also be communicating to each other via the blog, saying what’s inspiring and entertaining us in our respective cities. So for you it’s like electronic eavesdropping.
Joining us in our quest are Kat, Seany P and Lucas, who contribute both creativly and electronically to the Cause (what is the Cause? Answers on a postcard), on a regular basis. Kat in particular does our Twitter page, her words and links are highly insightful, and feed the Caustic mind.
We hope you will be entertained and even encouraged to get involved with us. Remember Caustic Cause is not impressed by status, reputation or location, we are only impressed by talent and a sense of humour. Failing that, just a sense of humour will do!
